Beverlye Brady

A lifelong native of Lee County, Alabama, Beverlye Brady began practicing in Auburn in 1986 with Davis, Cox and Pollard, which subsequently became Davis, Cox, Benson and Brady. In 1991, Beverlye began her solo practice focusing on domestic relations. In 2005, Stephanie Pollard joined Beverlye in practice and the firm became known as Beverlye Brady and Associates. Beverlye is originally from Auburn, Alabama, and graduated from Auburn University in 1982 cum laude where she earned a B.A. in Political Science. Beverlye graduated cum laude from Cumberland School of Law in 1986. At Cumberland, Beverlye served as an editor on the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, served on the Henry Upson Simms Moot Court Board and competed in numerous Moot Court and Client Counseling Competitions, and was a member of Order of the Coif.

Beverlye is admitted to practice in Alabama courts and is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, where she remains an active member of the Family Law Section, where she previously served as Member-at-Large. Beverlye is also a member and former President of the Lee County Bar Association. Beverlye is a founding member of the Lee County Indigent Defense Commission and actively participates as a member of the Alabama Volunteer Lawyers Program. Beverlye is a frequent lecturer at Continuing Legal Education seminars and is available to assist clients in all Alabama counties; however, her practice is primarily focused in Central and East Alabama (Lee, Tallapoosa, Macon, Montgomery, and Chambers counties). In addition to litigation, Beverlye is available to mediate cases for others, as she has completed training and been certified in Domestic Relations mediation, Domestic Violence mediation, and Advanced Mediation.

Beverlye is currently a member of the Alabama Ethics Commission and President of Deo Volente, a non-profit corporation. She served on the Auburn Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 1999-2001. Beverlye is the Former Chairman of the Lee County Republican Executive Committee, the Former President of the Lee County Republican Club, the Former President of the Kiwanis Club of Lee County, and she has served on the Lee County American Cancer Society Board of Directors, the Charter Foundation Board, the Lee County Heart Association, and the Heart Guild Executive Committee.

Beverlye lives in Auburn, Alabama, and attends Mt. Olive Baptist Church. She enjoys cooking (and is well known for her delicious cookies), spending time with family, and traveling.
